Hill 60 is a folk-bluegrass ensemble rooted in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Formed in 2011 for a local music festival, the group has since evolved into a staple of the island’s acoustic scene. Their sound weaves together elements of country, bluegrass, and roots music, characterized by rich harmonies and heartfelt storytelling with original songs by Eric Morten.

Hill 60 features vocalists Heather and Shannon, whose harmonies are both angelic and captivating. Their performances are known for their energy and authenticity, resonating with audiences across the region. In early 2025, they recorded their first “Live Off the Floor” session at the Duncan Showroom
