The Vaudevillian are a ragtime-blues trio led by Jitterbug James and Norah Spades, known for their high-energy performances and vintage flair. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, they bring the 1920s to life with washboard rhythms, musical spoons, resonator guitar, and driving upright bass.
With a sound rooted in prohibition-era street jazz and jug-band traditions, they delight crowds across Canada and beyond with foot-stomping originals and old-time tunes. The Vaudevillian also lead interactive workshops, teaching thousands to play musical spoons and washboards. Their shows are a time-traveling hootenanny where the spirit of vaudeville and early blues comes roaring back to life.
